Meet Our Staff

Anca Severin, Surgical Assistant

Anca is a highly experienced surgical assistant receiving both her training and experience in New York, Romania and Switzerland.

When she is not spending time with her 17-year old son, Sebastein, Anca enjoys cooking, traveling and playing the violin. Since moving to California in 1994, she has completed the Psychology Graduate Program at Argosy University in San Francisco and received her OS certification, ACLS, RDA and CDA credentials. In addition, Anca currently posses surgical operating room assistant privileges with Stanford University Hospital in Palo Alto. Anca is also currently teaching and sharing her knowledge at Heald College in the Dental Assisting Department.

Anca is an accomplished, well-traveled individual who also speaks four languages. With a background of over 10 years in the Oral and Maxillofacial field and being a trained and licensed dentist in her home country, Romania, she is an incredible asset to our team. Her wealth of knowledge and warm demeanor is greatly appreciated by both the patients and the staff.

 

Vanessa Perez, Surgical Assistant

Vanessa is a wonderful addition to our practice. She is a local resident who graduated from Woodside High School. Her future plans involve traveling to Spain, learning how to play an instrument and furthering her education in the dental field. She brings her experience from training and education received at Western Career College.

When she is not working in concert with Dr. Reddy, she can be found enjoying the theatre or spending time with her family and friends.

 

Alema Halimi, Surgical Assistant

Alema brings a wealth of over 20 years of experience in the Dental field. She is both a licensed Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Assistant and an RDA. She graduated from Bryman College in 1987.

Apart from her work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Ali and is an avid reader and hiker. She has huge soft spot for animals and birds.

Alema is a great asset to the practice with impressive experience in several dental fields including Pedodontics, Orthodontics, General Dentistry and her main area of focus, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

In addition to her work expertise she brings warmth, genuine compassion and dedication to her patients.

 

Kristina Pacheco, Surgical Assistant

Kristina is a graduate of Heald College and plans to enter a Dental Hygiene Program in the near future.

Her hobbies include spending time on the beach and taking care and playing with her dogs. She is a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Program and currently resides in Foster City. She concurrently works as an Administrative Assistant/Billing Personnel at a hi-tech firm.

It’s wonderful to have Kristina on our staff because her versatility and friendly disposition is utilized both at the front desk and during surgery. Her commitment to creating a welcoming and efficient environment is her top priority.

 

May Toliao, Patient Coordinator

May is a native of the Bay Area and brings over ten years of dental experience to our practice. An active resident of San Jose, she also loves spending time with her family, boyfriend and dog doing any fun, outdoor activities or traveling to new places.

In addition to being a Patient Coordinator and assisting Dr. Reddy’s team in enhancing patients’ smiles, she is also a school teacher in San Jose and enjoys spending time with her second grade students.

She will help you in scheduling your appointments in a timely manner act as a resource to answer questions regarding office policies or procedures.

 

Michelle Orozco, Financial Coordinator/Surgical Assistant

Michelle is our newest addition to the practice. We are very excited to have her as she has an extensive medical and dental background. Working in both fields for nine years, she has both clinical and administrative experience.

Her dental and surgical assisting training was completed at Truckee Meadows Community College and she is currently a pre-law student at Santa Clara University majoring in Political Science and Criminal Justice.

When she is not providing exceptional patient care, you can find her spending time with her family and friends. To maintain her active and healthy lifestyle, she enjoys surfing and hiking.
